Reproductive Health & Neutering

Tracking your dog’s seasons

Keep observations to share with your veterinarian, without calculating fertile days.

How to use the record

Use one record per cycle. Record facts and uncertainties, not a diagnosis. Print blank, fill in on a private device and print, or download the accessible HTML or CSV below. The HTML works offline; use your browser’s Print or Share menu to save a PDF if available. CSV is an optional spreadsheet format, not the primary accessible version.

Entries are not submitted or stored by Head & Paws. Your browser may restore them: use a private device and clear afterwards. Keep downloaded and printed records secure.

Do not predict fertile days

A tracker cannot determine fertility, establish a safe mating date or replace veterinary assessment. Do not use bleeding, its cessation or calendar estimates to decide that mating is safe.
